Take Exit 9 (Dover-Somersworth exit) off of the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16).  Go straight through the Chilis intersection onto Route 9 toward Somersworth.  Ben Franklin Crafts is on the right in the Tri City Shopping Plaza.
